This is a project for SKPD1033 English for Social Science. mental health

from the topic mental health, i think every person in this world should have a good mental to make a good conversation with people around their place. To have a good mental, i think, we should also take a good food, good exercise and good supliment to maintain our body n mental as well. For me to have a good mental, we should not struggle to study so hard, because it can effect our mental and our healthy. when we look at the person who will called ' crazy people ', before they became a crazy people, they also like us. have a good health and mental as well. how come it be like that. i think they became like that, because their body and mantel are not balance and they took so much and hard work to their body and mental. it's something bad thing that we should not do if we dont want to be like that. so as person have a good environment, good community and also good people around us, we should took care our mental health and became a good person. tq

Mental health is to describe a Cognitive or Emotional well-being. An absence of a mental or physical illness. Other defines mental health as a state of well-being in which the individual realizes his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully and is able to make a contribution to his or her community. Despite official definitions, the term mental health and the question of whether or not an individual is mentally well remains a subjective assessment. The situation in which a lot of people behave in an uncontrolled, noisy or violent way in public.

Fitness the meaning is when are healthy and strong enough to do work or play games or someone or something is suitable and good enough situation. Fitness must have good body from routine exercise with jogging and playing sports. Everybody must be control the fitness because it is the standard of living and make a quality of life. Maintain the fitness everybody can make some exercise like walking 10 to 20 min for working or park and walk to the stall , stomach crunches every morning after wake up.
