The health and fitness

1.0 Introduction
This is a project for SKPD1033 English for Social Science. This project is conducted by Sharizal Ismail A121499,Mohd Ayub bin Ghani and Mohd Rizwan Faizullah bin Nazri.The team members decided ‘Health and Fitness’ as the title. According to the title we will describe and explain about health among people , including the factors good health and fitness. So, in this project there are many articles and ideas in order to achieve the research objectives and the research questions:
