Fitness the meaning is when are healthy and strong enough to do work or play games or someone or something is suitable and good enough situation. Fitness must have good body from routine exercise with jogging and playing sports. Everybody must be control the fitness because it is the standard of living and make a quality of life. Maintain the fitness everybody can make some exercise like walking 10 to 20 min for working or park and walk to the stall , stomach crunches every morning after wake up.
